Swedish Massage

Chair Massage

An effective massage that is seated and focuses on arms, neck, shoulder and back areas. Swedish and trigger point used.

Prenatal

Promotes relaxation, soothes nerves, and treats muscles that strain from being pregnant. Also helps improve circulation and inflamed nerves as well as reduce stress hormones. Performed lying on one's side, hugging a pillow.

Reflexology

A therapy that stimulates reflex points in feet that correspond with organs and glands in the body.

Deep Tissue

$50/$70/$90

A massage where the therapist works in the muscles and connective tissues. More intense than Swedish, but more focused on chronic muscle tension or knots. Several treatments may be required for complete relief.

Hot Stones

$50/$70/$90

A massage technique using warm, smooth stones (sterilized before use) with swedish massage.
